Matt Kaulig

Kaulig Racing Team Owner
Matt Kaulig is an award-winning entrepreneur, business owner, and philanthropist. He is the executive chairman of Kaulig Companies Limited, his single-member family office, known for offering a diverse spectrum of businesses, which includes sports and entertainment, marketing and events, private equity, real estate, and philanthropy, with a focus on children and families. Additionally, Kaulig is the founder of Leaf Home, which is a contractor business he started out of his home in 2005, and is now one of the largest direct-to-consumer home products companies in the United States and Canada. His sports ventures include Kaulig Racing, which is a multi-car NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and Cup Series team, and he is an MLB minority owner of the Cleveland Guardians baseball team, along with sponsoring and running The Kaulig Companies Championship, a PGA Champions Tour Major at Firestone CC in Akron, OH.

Tim Kuniskis

RAM Chief Executive Officer
Tim Kuniskis was named head of American brands, North America marketing and retail strategy, Stellantis North America in July 2025. In this newly created role, he will work across the brand portfolio to further build and enhance the connections customers have with the company’s products, marketing efforts and dealer network in the region. He also assumes responsibility for the SRT (Street and Racing Technology) performance and Direct Connection division. He retains his position as Ram brand chief executive officer. Since joining the company in 1992, Kuniskis has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in the company’s business center operations and marketing organization and has led every North American brand offering.

Chris Rice

Kaulig Racing Chief Executive Officer
Chris Rice is a lifelong NASCAR professional who grew up immersed in the sport in South Boston, Virginia, working with his family’s race team from an early age. He began his professional career in 1989 as a gasman in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, later winning a championship in 1995 with Elliott Sadler after helping Hermie Sadler earn Rookie of the Year honors. Rice’s early success led to leadership roles across elite NASCAR series, establishing him as a respected industry figure. He joined Kaulig Racing at its launch in 2016 as General Manager, was promoted to President in 2018, and became Chief Executive Officer in 2025. Known for his “whatever it takes” mentality, Rice continues to lead Kaulig Racing as a championship-caliber organization across the Craftsman Truck Series and NASCAR Cup Series.

Ty Norris

Kaulig Racing Chief Business Officer
Ty Norris serves as Chief Business Officer for Kaulig Racing, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the NASCAR industry to the organization. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the sport’s most successful teams, including Dale Earnhardt, Incorporated, Michael Waltrip Racing, and Trackhouse Racing. As Dale Earnhardt’s right-hand at DEI, Ty helped lead the team to 65 race wins, four championships, and three Daytona 500 victories, and later played a key role in introducing Toyota to the NASCAR Cup Series with Michael Waltrip Racing. Most recently, he was instrumental in launching Trackhouse Racing from the ground up, helping attract global superstar Pitbull. Throughout his career, Ty has built a reputation as a respected industry leader, specializing in business strategy, partnerships, sponsor engagement, and more.

Jacob Lofland

Host
Jacob began his film career playing Neckbone in Jeff Nichols’ Mud (2012), with Matthew McConaughey and Tye Sheridan. Lofland was quick to recognize that he fit every adjective of Neck’s personality description, as well as bringing the boating and cycling experience Jeff was looking for. Less than three weeks after seeing the open casting call in the paper, he took his first plane ride to Austin, Texas, to audition for Jeff Nichols and producer Sarah Green. He was offered the role within 24 hours, and within a month, found himself on location with a full movie crew.
